What You Will Be Doing

Our client is an industry leader in pipe and module fabrication, specializing in induction bending. As a Lead Project Controls, your primary responsibility is to oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting of project activities. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines and budgets are effectively managed and controlled.

The Ideal Candidate

• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Analyzing project data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Establishing project controls processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of project data.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans
• Collaborating with project managers to develop project status reports and forecasts.
• Providing guidance and support to project teams on project controls best practices
• Facilitating project status meetings and providing updates to project stakeholders
• Managing change control processes to ensure that project scope, schedule, and budget are effectively managed.
• Leading a team of project controls professionals and providing coaching and mentorship as needed

Other Essential Functions

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) preferred.
