Project Sales Professional

As a Project Sales Professional, you will be working with new and existing customers to quote and sell HVAC and mechanical projects (new installations, replacements, and retrofits) in commercial settings.

Job Duties

• New business to business sales of customers within healthcare, educational, restaurants, commercial/retail spaces, and industrial settings.
• Perform onsite review of current mechanical equipment, project specifications and develop solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Develop mechanical project price estimates for customer reviews.
• Travel within a specified territory to meet with current and target customers for business development activities.
• Ability to position Comfort Systems USA Southeast as the preferred vendor to win HVAC system replacements, upgrades and retrofit projects.
• Use of Microsoft 365 and CRM software to track sales activity.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of business to business sales experience within HVAC construction / mechanical service.
• Strong technical mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to obtain additional projects and prospect new customers.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Microsoft dynamic or other similar CRM software
• Prior specialized sales training – Sandler Sales Training, Miller Heiman or similar training a plus
• OSHA 10 hour (the company will provide if needed)

General Requirements

Ability to pass a full background screen, drug screen, and MVR screen.

Ability to pass a physical assessment test.

Compensation

Salary Range Starting at: $50K+/yr. plus commissions & potential incentives based on qualifications & experience
