What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanical Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing industrial mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful execution within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong project management, technical expertise, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
The Ideal Candidate
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.

Other Essential Functions
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
