Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and a proven track record of effectively managing teams to meet production goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate tracking of employee time and labor costs, including allocation to job and cost codes.
• Monitor hours spent on each unit to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Recruit and hire employees who are reliable, punctual, and committed to their work.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee morale and safety.
• Support employee development and growth opportunities.
• Utilize your extensive experience to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Implement strategies to make work processes easier and safer for employees.
• Collaborate with employees to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Recognize employees as experts in their field and foster strong relationships based on mutual respect.
• Address employee needs and concerns proactively to maintain a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Remain open-minded and receptive to feedback from employees at all levels.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or prefabrication.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement and morale.
• Proven track record of budgeting, labor forecasting, and operational planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
