Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the candidate pipeline from the offer stage through orientation, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process. This position will also involve tracking background checks and drug screens to maintain our commitment to compliance. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to our candidate sourcing efforts, supporting various roles within manufacturing organizations. This position offers a clear career path into a Recruiter role, providing ample growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Onboarding:

– Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, from offer acceptance to successful orientation.

– Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

– Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and assist in the preparation of orientation materials.

2. Compliance Management:

– Monitor background check and drug screen processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

– Escalate any compliance issues or concerns to management promptly.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

3. Candidate Sourcing:

– Collaborate with the recruitment team to source candidates for a variety of roles within manufacturing organizations.

– Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

– Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.

4. Data Management:

– Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

– Prepare and generate reports related to candidate pipelines, compliance, and recruitment activities.

5. Career Development:

– Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for a future career path as a Recruiter.

– Take on additional responsibilities and projects to expand your HR and recruitment knowledge and skills.


– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

– Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles is a plus.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
