What You Will Be Doing

Our client is a leading Mechanical Contractor specializing in providing high-quality mechanical services to commercial and industrial clients. With a strong reputation for excellence in design, installation, and maintenance, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business development and planned maintenance sales.

The Ideal Candidate

• Identify and target potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Create detailed project proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.

Other Essential Functions

• Proven track record of success in outside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
