Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and plumbing construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to execute projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project development, define scope, and set goals in alignment with business objectives.
• Estimate resources, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage dependencies, and analyze project results.
• Coach and supervise project team members, conduct post-project evaluations.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules, recommending cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, manage project documentation.
• Oversee procurement, ensure compliance with contract documents, and manage project risks.
• Communicate with stakeholders, supervise personnel, and conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Be responsible for job accounting and financial records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects involving building automation systems, HVAC systems, or field installation.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and project closeouts.
• Proficient in reading construction blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification is a plus.
