Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter with expertise in construction and manufacturing recruitment to join our team. This role involves managing candidates from initial contact to orientation, conducting intake calls, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top manufacturing talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for client roles.
  • Client Intake Calls: Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive intake calls, ensuring a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs, company culture, and long-term objectives.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offers and onboarding.
  • Client and Candidate Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates, providing updates on job openings, interviews, and feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Data Management: Keep candidate and client records up-to-date in our database.
  • Orientation and Onboarding: Assist in coordinating candidate orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Proven recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including knowledge of roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective intake calls and gather detailed job requirements from clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience.
  • Collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
