What You Will Be Doing

The Ideal Candidate

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and completion.

• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed industry regulations and client expectations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations to ensure overall satisfaction.

Other Essential Functions

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.
