The ideal candidate would be a skilled Structural Foreman that is able to drive efficiency, safety, and quality.
The Ideal Candidate
- Lead and guide a team of workers in the fabrication of structural components, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture to maintain a secure working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity while maintaining optimal quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and promptly address any deviations to ensure consistent quality output.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with relevant documentation.
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in structural fabrication.
- Proficient understanding of structural manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
- Exceptional problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
