E-Solutions located in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with expertise in clean room environments to join our dynamic team. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clean room construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO cleanliness classifications and FDA cGMP guidelines.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial accountability to maximize project profitability.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of all project stakeholders, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and quality assurance records, to facilitate transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on clean room environments.
  • Strong understanding of clean room design principles, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
