What You Will Be Doing
Our client is a well-respected full-service mechanical contractor, operating in the commercial and industrial sector. They are seeking a highly detail-oriented Piping QA/QC. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a strong understanding of welding quality assurance in the industry.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in welding.
- Knowledge of structural pipe.
- Familiarity with flowline manufacturing.
- Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods.
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Other Essential Functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Review submittals, installation, and prefab drawings.
- Flexibility to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
