IT Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for our staff and clients needing technical support. This role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining system functionality, and enhancing our digital marketing efforts. Additionally, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts and manage the company’s Intranet, leveraging technical skills to enhance our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide device management for internal teams iPads, iPhones, and Laptops.
  • Manage the budget planning process for new devices and retiring end of life devices for the internal team.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and network equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing best practices and security protocols.
  • Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT staff when necessary.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist the marketing team with technical aspects of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update website content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Support email marketing initiatives by ensuring the technical setup of campaigns.
  • Help analyze website traffic and social media metrics using analytics tools.
  • Participate in the creation and dissemination of digital marketing materials.

Intranet Management:

  • Maintain and update the company’s Intranet site to ensure it remains a useful resource for employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and upload relevant content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Intranet platform.
  • Ensure the Intranet is user-friendly and accessible to all employees.
  • Train staff on how to use the Intranet effectively.


  • Associate degree in information technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT best practices.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with managing and updating Intranet sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and experience with social media platforms
  • Experience in Intranet management and maintenance.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
