Special Project Lead Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and confident leader to manage the installation, startup, and commissioning of commercial/industrial HVAC systems while leading special projects and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation and commissioning of air-to-air DX, VRF, and hydronic HVAC systems (up to 50 tons).
• Understand and install refrigeration piping, sheet metal, and low voltage control systems.
• Oversee up to 10-person teams and communicate with clients on project progress.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on job sites.
• Ensure timely attendance, flexibility, and participation in training programs.

Requirements:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification and HVAC CFC Universal certification.
• Journeyman’s license preferred.
• Ability to manage crews, work directly with clients, and travel to job sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug tests.
