What You Will Be Doing

Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Align HR strategies with overall business goals.

Manage Recruitment and Selection: Ensure the acquisition of top talent.

The Ideal Candidate

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in human resources management.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal and state payroll laws.

Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing, military, or construction industries is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Proficient in HR software, particularly Workday.
