Position Available: Welder

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $33 – $35 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, with proficiency in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, and the ability to pass a 6G weld test. Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Welder with a solid understanding of welding techniques and processes.
• Welding Certifications: Ability to pass a 6G weld test, demonstrating proficiency in welding at a fixed angle position.
• Techniques: Proficient in various welding methods, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Materials: Experience working with a range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper.
• Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding diagrams.
• Safety: Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper handling of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding: Perform welding tasks on various metal components, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper, ensuring high-quality and precision work.
• Test Certification: Successfully complete a 6G weld test to verify skills and qualifications.
• Inspection: Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Equipment: Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of welding tools and work areas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
