Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identify and manage relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality for construction materials.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure materials are delivered on schedule and meet quality specifications.
• Risk & Cost Management: Mitigate supply chain risks and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of procurement experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Skills: Proficient in procurement software, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to manage contracts and supplier agreements effectively.
