Job Title: BIM Implementation and Training Partner
Location: Remote with over 50% travel
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated BIM Implementation and Training Partner to join our clients dynamic Corporate BIM team. This remote role requires extensive travel and a passion for problem-solving, with a focus on supporting our national operating companies in driving innovation and efficiency through Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and BIM training across local operating companies, both in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with BIM leaders to enhance prefabrication opportunities, leveraging corporate scale and technical strengths.
• Maintain and validate the corporate BIM fabrication database, ensuring accuracy in pricing, labor, and 3D models.
• Assist with in-house software development, plug-in creation, testing, and cloud software tools.
• Foster collaboration across branch locations, encouraging innovation and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in MEP construction with advanced BIM expertise.
• Proficiency with Autodesk products (Revit, Fabrication CADmep) and Microsoft tools (Power BI).
• Experience in fabrication parts libraries and Dynamo programming is a plus.
• Ability to travel over 50% of the time, often with minimal notice.
