About the Role:

Kodiak is looking for a motivated Regional Account Executive to join our team. You will represent our direct hire and craft staffing services across the Intermountain region, working with leading industrial and commercial contractors. This role offers strong earning potential and full benefits, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and grow business with new and existing clients in key sectors such as industrial construction, oil & gas, power, LNG, heavy commercial, and mission-critical industries.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and present customized recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Candidate Placement: Work closely with recruiting teams to place top talent in the right roles, ensuring alignment between client needs and candidate skill sets.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to position Kodiak’s services competitively.
  • On-Site Engagement: Conduct regular site visits to establish rapport with clients, address project needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Safety Focus: Advocate for and support the safety of Kodiak’s craft professionals across all job sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction staffing or tradesman roles (e.g., welding, pipefitting, mechanics, etc.)
  • Proven sales experience in the construction or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required (Approx. 25-40%).
