What You Will Be Doing

• Perform Inspections: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on cranes and lifting equipment.
• Diagnose Issues: Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems, determining the best repair methods.
• Repair and Replace Parts: Replace or repair faulty components, including gears, engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical parts.
• Conduct Safety Checks: Ensure all cranes operate in compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed on equipment.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure timely and efficient service.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Proven experience as a Crane Mechanic or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Safety Focused: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to crane operations.
• Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Certifications: Certification in crane maintenance or heavy equipment repair is a plus.
