Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced field professional in commercial plumbing, pipefitting, or sheet metal who is ready to transition into an office environment with limited site visits. This role involves training junior team members, learning construction software, and contributing technical expertise to design and coordination processes. Ideal candidates have a background in hands-on construction and are open to expanding their skills in digital design and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Bring practical field knowledge into an office setting, supporting project planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
•  Learn and work with essential construction software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) to assist in project modeling, design review, and coordination.
•  Assist in planning and coordination, ensuring accuracy in project designs, layouts, and overall efficiency for installation processes.
• Visit project sites as needed to evaluate progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with design and project install..
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment between project goals and practical installation considerations.
•  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project workflows, updates, and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5+ years in commercial plumbing, pipefitting or welding, or ductwork roles.
• Willingness to learn Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and share field knowledge with both office and field staff.
• Eagerness to adapt to an office setting while maintaining a connection with field realities.
• Ability to commute to the office and travel to project sites if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
