What You Will Be Doing

• Handle inbound calls from customers and technicians professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule service technicians to optimize workflow and meet customer needs.
• Scrub work orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for execution.
• Collaborate with the Service Coordinator and Service Manager to address scheduling challenges and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the service team to ensure job completion.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
