Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a Construction Recruiter to join our team in Greensboro/High Point, NC. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled trades professionals, including machinists, welders, electricians, and mechanics, for manufacturing companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Source Top Talent: Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify the best candidates in the manufacturing skilled trades sector.
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Write Job Descriptions: Create optimized postings that attract highly qualified candidates.
- Guide Candidates: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients and candidates.
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pool of candidates for future openings.
