Job Title: ERP Service Application Support Specialist
Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking an experienced ERP Service Application Support Specialist to provide business user and service module support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and related business applications. This role bridges the gap between business users and IT, enhancing system capabilities, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Service Module Subject Matter Expert for the COINS ERP+ platform.
- Provide end-user support for COINS ERP+ modules, including Agreements, Locations, Work Orders, Tasking, Equipment, Dispatch, Mobile, and Billing.
- Offer application- and OS-level support to ensure smooth operation of the COINS ERP+ software.
- Maintain and monitor support helpdesk tickets, responding promptly to end-user requests.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring application integrity and resolving issues proactively.
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies specific to the HVAC construction/service industry.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
- Assist with software upgrades and manage user security profiles.
- Document processes and provide training for new and existing system capabilities.
- Participate in special projects and tasks related to the COINS ERP+ service module.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information.
- Collaborate with team members via video conferencing and other virtual tools.
- Perform other duties as required to meet evolving ERP needs.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with ERP+ systems and business service software applications.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and internal controls (HVAC construction/service industry experience preferred).
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize evolving user needs.
- Proficiency with application testing, change management, and release management processes.
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Office365.
- Familiarity with technologies such as COINS ERP+/Ti/Character, Power BI, SharePoint, Red Hat/CentOS Linux, Windows, and system administration.
- Soft Skills:
- Positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10% for project needs.
- Regular and punctual attendance, with the ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to pass a full background and drug screening.
