Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ERP Construction Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in construction operations and ERP systems tailored to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between technical ERP solutions and real-world construction workflows, ensuring seamless system implementation and optimization. This remote role requires approximately 40% travel to client and company locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary resource for ERP solutions in construction management, offering expert guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to assess business needs and translate them into effective ERP configurations and workflows.
• Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and deliver user training programs to drive ERP system adoption and proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, collaborating with technical teams and end-users.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to construction processes by leveraging ERP capabilities.
• Create detailed documentation of system configurations, process flows, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to ERP systems in construction.
• Conduct on-site assessments, training, and support at client and company locations (travel approximately 40%).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong knowledge of construction operations and workflows.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, especially in a construction-focused environment (e.g., COINS ERP+, Procore, Viewpoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP system implementation or administration.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of construction-specific financial management practices.
