This remote role requires light travel and is open to candidates based in the Salt Lake City, UT, area. You will focus on recruiting licensed electricians, licensed plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other skilled trades professionals for leading companies in the manufacturing and construction industries.

What You’ll Do

• Source Top Talent: Identify and attract licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other trades professionals using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen & Interview: Assess candidates’ technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit through detailed screenings and interviews.
• Write Job Descriptions: Create compelling, optimized job postings tailored to skilled trades roles.
• Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Industry Insights: Stay informed about trade-specific certifications, market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring conditions to provide value to clients and candidates.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of skilled trades professionals to support current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications You’ll Bring

• Proven experience recruiting in skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Expertise in sourcing and hiring licensed professionals, including electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal mechanics.
• Strong understanding of trade-specific certifications and industry terminology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven, proactive approach to recruitment.
• Residency in the Salt Lake City, UT, area (required).
