HVAC Senior Service/Chiller Technician
Location: Columbus, GA

Overview
As an HVAC Senior Service/Chiller Technician, you will perform maintenance and repair on commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, and mechanical/electrical controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, split systems, and boilers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic, electrical controls, and chilled water systems.
• Complete electronic documentation daily on a handheld device.
• Work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Lead a small crew and assist with technical guidance when needed.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of HVAC experience (service, installation, troubleshooting).
• Experience with RTUs, air handlers, and chilled water systems.
• Building Automation System (HVAC controls) experience preferred.
• EPA Universal certification; OSHA 10 (company will provide if needed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with blueprints/schematics.
• Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks.
• Travel required within the Greater Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC areas.

Compensation:
Starting at $32.00+/hr, based on experience. Includes company vehicle, iPhone, and iPad.
