Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems, a commitment to excellence, and leadership aspirations to grow into a Service Manager role. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, rooftop units, and ductless systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and oversee junior technicians to uphold quality standards and ensure safe operations.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for compliance and client reference.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and regulatory changes to implement effective solutions.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and associated components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and digital reporting systems.
- Willingness to pursue professional growth opportunities and transition into a management role.

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Atlanta, GA.
