Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Contract to Hire)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company looking to expand their team with an experienced HRIS Analyst. This contract-to-hire role offers the flexibility of working remotely while supporting their HR operations with a focus on Workday and advanced Excel functionalities.

Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HR information systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of HR data, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless HR processes through effective use of Workday and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Maintain and manage the HRIS (Workday) system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Vlookups and data validation, to analyze HR data and generate reports.
  • System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to streamline HR processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to HR staff and other system users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data, conducting regular audits and updates as necessary.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, creating and maintaining user guides and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Workday.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, specifically in Vlookups and data validation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new HR systems and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
