Commercial/Industrial HVAC System Installation Lead Technician
We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial/industrial HVAC systems. This position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience.
• Proficient in various duct types, installation methods, and hydronic system piping.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and job documentation.
• Ability to replace a multitude of HVAC equipment with a team.
• Must own essential hand tools and be in good physical condition.
• Ability to work flexible hours and effectively use technology to enhance communication and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers daily.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and manpower.
• Provide technical support and job site leadership.
• Ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
• Perform quality control and inspections.
• Collaborate with other trades, contractors, and supervisors.

Pay Range: $30.00-$36.00 (DOE)
