Auto Claims Administrator

Location: Remote (Central or Eastern time zone)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Auto Claims Administrator to support our Claims Manager and ensure the efficient handling of auto claims. This role will involve managing the claims database, responding to inquiries from both internal teams and third-party carriers, and ensuring the timely documentation and processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of open auto claims
  • Develop and track a detailed Plan of Action for each claim
  • Gather, review, and upload claim-related reports and documentation
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and third-party inquiries related to auto claims
  • Support the Claims Manager with day-to-day auto claims matters and serve as a backup when needed
  • Contribute to special projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience handling auto claims (multi-state experience is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time-sensitive tasks
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
  • Ability to self-motivate, stay organized, and meet deadlines
