Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Project Manager with expertise in mechanical systems for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish, emphasizing HVAC/Mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical aspects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure collaboration and performance.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues to maintain delivery and quality.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure systems meet standards.
- Monitor project finances, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
