HVAC Controls Technician
Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Description:

This role provides proactive HVAC controls service support to our customers, diagnosing and resolving control issues. The position is also involved in the point-to-point and sequence check-out of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, schedule, and budget, while coordinating with the engineering team, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve customer control system issues.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions during site visits.
• Troubleshoot problems in collaboration with the operations team.
• Complete point-to-point and sequence check-outs for commissioning.
• Coordinate assigned projects, maintaining accurate records.
• Submit daily task reports to department managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Studies, or
• 1-2 years related experience in mechanical/control systems, or
• Relevant military experience

Skills:

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
• Basic understanding of blueprints, schematics, and data center infrastructure (preferred)
• Quick to learn software and hardware required for tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for project coordination.
