Service Technician – Commercial HVAC
Chesapeake, VA
Pay Range: $27-$35/HR DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex heating and cooling systems for medium to large commercial properties
- Diagnosing equipment failures and using the appropriate tools to test parts and components
- Disassembling and reassembling parts as needed, making repairs to restore systems to full function
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated individuals with experience as a Service Technician specializing in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems and associated controls
- EPA Universal certification (required)
- Journeyman’s license (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
