BAS Design Engineer

What You Will Be Doing
- Design complete BAS solutions to achieve customer specified sequence of operation and standards.
- Develop detailed control drawings and sequences via AutoCAD LT and Bluebeam Revu.
- Review construction drawings and provide feedback to design engineers directly regarding the control design.
- Estimate BAS projects.
- Program and deploy BAS hardware before shipping.
- Work with field engineers and customers on new and existing site BAS issues and training.
The Ideal Candidate
- BS in Engineering or EQUIVALENT of at least Five (5) plus years’ experience in Building Automation- HVAC and Lighting Control methodologies and design
- Working hours’ flexible as needed
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Self-Motivated, ability to work alone on projects with minimal supervision
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Tridium N4 Certified
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
Other Essential Functions
- Distech controls Certified preferred.
