Project Engineer- Commerical MEP Construction Springville,UT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support commercial mechanical construction projects from the office. This role plays a vital part in ensuring RFIs, change orders, bidding documents, and project documentation are accurate and delivered on time. Experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Assist in project bidding and preconstruction processes
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to maintain project flow
• Review and update project documentation, including drawings and specifications
• Ensure documentation aligns with client and code requirements
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding schedules and documentation needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction administration or project engineering
• Familiarity with mechanical contracting or MEP systems is required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or construction software is a plus
• Ability to work in-office in Springville, UT
