Recruiter – Construction & Manufacturing
Location: High Point, NC (Hybrid: 2 days in office)

We’re growing our direct hire recruiting team and looking for a driven, experienced Recruiter to join us in High Point, NC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring two days in the office each week. What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled roles in the construction or manufacturing industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates
• Manage multiple job openings across varying disciplines and seniority levels
• Leverage internal tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter to actively pursue passive talent
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in ATS/CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly hiring and revenue goals

Requirements:

• 3 years or more of agency recruiting experience focused on construction or manufacturing placements
• Proven success in direct hire recruiting with a track record of meeting placement goals
• Strong sourcing and communication skills, especially with hard-to-find skilled trades or technical candidates
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a hybrid environment
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven culture with uncapped commission potential

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience
• Uncapped monthly commission structure with high earning potential
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
