Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards. Working closely with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, you’ll manage multiple projects, implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and clear communication.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and evaluations to assess the viability and profitability of electrical projects.

• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and procurement, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

• Collaborate with design teams to review electrical plans, specifications, and technical drawings.

• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

• Perform regular site visits to enforce safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship.

• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and final reports.

• Stay current with industry trends, electrical regulations, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager with expertise in construction management, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical construction means and methods, contract management, and project closeouts.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ability to review and interpret electrical plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
