What You’ll Do
As a Plumbing Coordinator, you’ll lead our field teams on plumbing, pipefitting, and welding projects—managing labor, coordinating materials, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate labor, and ensure on-time performance
- Oversee field crews, providing direction, support, and training to meet quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to solve field challenges and keep jobs on track
- Maintain a proactive approach to conflict resolution, logistics, and workforce planning
- Lead by example with strong leadership, organization, and project execution
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Labor Coordination, or Field Supervision in mechanical, plumbing, or pipefitting industries
- Proven ability to manage field crews and complex project schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically and adapt to field conditions
- Experience in plumbing, welding, and piping systems preferred
