HVAC Service Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC
Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Site
Reports To: Sales Director

What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our service division—building relationships, solving client problems, and growing long-term partnerships. Your mission: drive HVAC service agreement sales while offering customized solutions for repair and retrofit work.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell HVAC maintenance agreements and service offerings to commercial/industrial clients.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound efforts and existing client relationships.

Deliver proposals focused on ROI, risk mitigation, and building optimization.

Present value-driven solutions to facilities teams, engineers, and building owners.

Lead and close sales opportunities, consistently meeting monthly quotas.

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless hand-off and fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools; participate in sales meetings and trainings.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of successful HVAC service sales experience (commercial/industrial markets).

Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, building controls, and maintenance needs.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred).

Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients.

A consultative mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations.
