HVAC/Plumbing Project Foreman – Commercial
Location: Louisville, CO
Wage Range: $35–$45/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | OT Eligible

Overview:
A leading mechanical contractor is hiring a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Technician to handle installations, start-ups, and overhauls of HVAC and boiler systems. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge in refrigeration, controls, electrical systems, piping, and brazing.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, start up, and overhaul commercial HVAC and boiler systems

Troubleshoot and repair using schematics, piping diagrams, and engineering specs

Coordinate job prep: layout review, material gathering, and site readiness

Maintain service vehicle and job documentation
-
Stay current with equipment and service techniques

Provide technical support to customers
-
Flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed
Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial HVAC/plumbing install experience

Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
-
EPA Universal Certification preferred
-
Must pass background check, drug test, and physical
