Journey-Level Electrician – Commercial HVAC
Lacey/Tacoma, WA | $35–$60/hr | Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Journey-Level Electrician to join our Commercial Construction team. With over 50 years of experience in mechanical systems, we offer long-term career stability, top-tier benefits, and a collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medium- and low-voltage electrical systems supporting HVAC equipment
- Read blueprints, bend conduit, pull wire, and prepare as-builts
- Diagnose and repair electrical components and control systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC, WAC, and RCW codes
- Collaborate with project managers and tradespeople to meet deadlines safely
What You’ll Need:
- Active Washington EL-01 license
- Valid WA driver’s license
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC-related electrical systems
- Ability to work at heights and in tight spaces
- Professional attitude, clear communication, and team mindset
