️ Now Hiring: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Houston, TX | Full-Time | $18–$28/hr DOE
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role keeps our field operations running smoothly — scheduling technicians, handling customer calls, and organizing daily service workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming service calls and enter details in dispatch software
- Schedule technicians based on location, urgency, and availability
- Keep the dispatch board accurate and up to date
- Coordinate third-party services (cranes, subs) as needed
- Communicate with customers and techs to track job status
- Maintain accurate service records using Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ What You Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in dispatching or customer service (HVAC preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work on-site and stay calm under pressure
