Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments
- Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and other HVAC equipment
- Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools to identify system issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance
- Accurately complete service documentation using a handheld device
- Operate a company-provided service vehicle within an assigned territory
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on job sites
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC service and repairs
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong problem-solving, mechanical, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with chilled water or boiler systems is preferred
- OSHA 10 Certification (company will provide if not already certified)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check
- Must pass a physical ability test
- Valid driver’s license required
