About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our warehouse operations in Grand Rapids, MI. This hands-on role involves daily shipping, material handling, equipment delivery, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily shipping schedule and perform inventory checks
- Deliver materials and equipment to/from job sites and assist with loading/unloading
- Receive incoming parts, record orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Handle communication with third-party vendors and logistics partners
- Break down HVAC equipment and organize scrap materials
- Recover refrigerant and maintain EPA 608 compliance records
- Maintain and repair tools as needed
- Keep warehouse stocked, organized, clean, and safe
- Support general shop maintenance and team projects as needed
- Provide operational feedback and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain EPA Section 608 certification (company will assist)
- Chauffeur’s license preferred but not required
- Basic tools required for performing assigned tasks
- Ability to lift/move materials and work in warehouse/shop conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the Grand Rapids facility
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts, with potential for overtime
- In-person role
