About the Role:
As our Field Supervisor, you’ll be the frontline leader on high-value plumbing projects—coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to our exacting quality & safety standards. You’re a seasoned plumbing pro (5+ yrs. supervisory experience, including commercial), comfortable in the field, tech-savvy, and committed to mentorship and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise plumbers, apprentices & subs (20+ team members), set daily/weekly goals, and coach for productivity, safety, and quality.
- Project Execution: Interpret blueprints, specs & contracts; schedule phases, material orders & equipment rentals; keep “as-built” docs up to date.
- Resource Management: Optimize labor and subcontractor utilization to eliminate unnecessary overtime and control costs.
- Safety Champion: Act as the OSHA-Competent Person—conduct toolbox talks, safety walks, incident reporting, and enforce all safety protocols.
- Digital Reporting: Leverage company apps for timecards, JHAs, daily reports, photo documentation, and incident logs.
- Client & Partner Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, suppliers, and trade partners; communicate issues and solutions proactively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years supervising commercial/industrial plumbing crews; familiarity with copper, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, PVC, acid waste, pumps, tanks & fixtures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using mobile construction apps & basic field equipment (backhoes, trenchers, sewer cameras).
- Safety Savvy: OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain), strong record of maintaining zero-incident worksites.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills and a professional demeanor on site and in client meetings.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license and plumbing license (or equivalent experience).
