Service Sales Manager – HVAC

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Sell HVAC service agreements, retrofits, and maintenance programs to commercial and industrial clients
• Manage existing relationships while aggressively pursuing new accounts
• Develop tailored proposals based on client needs and lifecycle asset planning
• Partner with internal ops and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Use CRM tools (like ZOHO or Pipedrive) to track pipeline and performance
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (construction, building services, or technical products preferred)
• Understands how to close complex, relationship-driven deals
• Has strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Thrives on autonomy and accountability
• Is comfortable selling to facilities teams, property managers, and C-suite leaders
