Facilities Supervisor

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Facilities Supervisor to manage daily maintenance and repair functions of our production facility. This includes oversight of building systems, janitorial teams, compliance tracking, vendor contracts, and proactive scheduling of inspections and repairs. You’ll work closely with safety and production managers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and schedule facility technicians and janitorial crews

• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security systems

• Enforce OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor service agreements

• Track and report on preventative maintenance KPIs and budgets

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in facility operations with experience supervising teams.
  

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Performance Expectations & Success Metrics:

• Ensure 100% completion of scheduled maintenance tasks

• Maintain vendor relationships with less than 5% cost overage

• Achieve regulatory compliance on all internal and external audits

• Foster team productivity and morale through effective leadership

• Demonstrate strong crisis management and facility uptime performance

• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills

• Proficient with work order tracking software (CMMS)

• Understanding of energy management and safety codes
