About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our warehouse operations in Grand Rapids, MI. This hands-on role involves daily shipping, material handling, equipment delivery, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily shipping schedule and perform inventory checks
• Deliver materials and equipment to/from job sites and assist with loading/unloading
• Receive incoming parts, record orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle communication with third-party vendors and logistics partners
• Break down HVAC equipment and organize scrap materials
• Recover refrigerant and maintain EPA 608 compliance records
• Maintain and repair tools as needed
• Keep warehouse stocked, organized, clean, and safe
• Support general shop maintenance and team projects as needed
• Provide operational feedback and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain EPA Section 608 certification (company will assist)
• Chauffeur’s license preferred but not required
• Basic tools required for performing assigned tasks
• Ability to lift/move materials and work in warehouse/shop conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the Grand Rapids facility

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• 8-hour shifts, with potential for overtime
• In-person role
