Ready to build something big? We’re looking for a dynamic Ironworker Superintendent who’s not afraid to tackle challenging projects head-on!
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage schedules for crane and steel deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate closely with Crane Operators, Safety Coordinators, General Contractors, and other trades.
- Interpret complex structural drawings, including tolerances, weld symbols, and assembly instructions.
- Communicate effectively with field management, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Proactively adapt to changes in job site conditions, shipping schedules, and weather, swiftly addressing production challenges.
- Execute daily reports, toolbox talks, JSAs, and AHAs to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Plan effectively with a 2-3 week look-ahead, ensuring proactive site management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ability to anticipate issues and act decisively. Flexibility to travel and commitment to a 6-day workweek.
Required Certifications:
- OSHA 30
- Rigging Certification
